You could see one of the base jumpers in neon yellow

We thought that Idaho would be boring. Earlier in the day, we saw two people surfing in the Boise River and happened across a series of base jumpers. Later, we would discover city of rocks, an awesome rock climbing place. We were wrong – Idaho has a lot going on.
